Breakfast At Tiffany's

This is what I can see right now...

...What I call absolute bliss!

There's nothing I love more than having a cuppa tea and biscuits while watching Breakfast at Tiffany's - It's my fave film of all time! Because I've watched it soo many times I usually have it on in the background while I'm browsing on my laptop so I thought I would share with you a few pics I've found that I love...

Sorry for the slightly uninspiring post, but I'll be back tomorrow with a Xen-Tan review as I'm trying it for the first time tonight!

It's Been A While..

Helloo sweetie pies!

Well I've been a bad girl and haven't posted for a while! Being back at work after my week off has exhausted me and I've spent all of my spare time sleeping (and shopping) and therefore have been neglecting you lovely ladies, so I do apologise!! I've also noticed on my return that I have 4 followers! I understand to most bloggers 4 is nothing but just the fact that 1 person is interested in what I have to say is amazing!! So thank you poppets for making my week :)

So my first post back is a small haul of some of today's purchases (It's payday for me yayyy!) so I'll get started...

I saw recently on one of lollipop26's you tube videos that she really liked the Umberto Giannini dry shampoo, and since my Label M one ran out the other day I thought I would take a trip to Boots to purchase the Umberto Giannini one as a replacement.

Luckily for me they had an offer of 3 products for £10 on Umberto Giannini! The majority of the products are £5.49 each so this is a big saving! Some people might be able to bypass this and just buy the product they went in for, but not me! I ended up leaving with these 3...

First is the Morning After Dry Shampoo, which does pretty much what it says on the tin! It smells lovely and I may leave my hair to get greasy over the next few days just so I can see how well it works!

Then I picked up the Backcomb In A Bottle. This really appealed to me because I have such long, thick hair and I really struggle to give it volume at the roots even when I do backcomb it! I sprayed this in my hair the second I got home and have to say I really like it so far! I think it's a product that you will need to reactivate throughout the day, not necessarily by using more product but as it says on the can "jujj hair in to shape as you go" which is fine for me as I like to play with my hair!

Lastly I went for the Grunge Glamour Tousled Salt Spray. This is a product that you put in your hair when it's damp and would then blow dry or let your hair air dry to get a "lived-in texture and come-to-bed hair". I haven't used this yet so I can't give a review on it, however if it is anything like the other products then I think I'm onto a winner :)

Next I popped into John Lewis to treat myself to these...

Yes I finally gave into the hype and purchased the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser as well as the Instant Boost Skin Tonic. I'm really excited to use both of these tonight and I put on a full face of makeup this morning to see how well it performs. I love the little bag that the cleanser comes in, it's a really nice touch.

If anyone would like an in depth review of any of the products after I've used them, then please leave a comment. I hope you all have a fantabulous week!

Weymouth

Hello beautiful ladies

I'm a very lucky lady and I'm off to Weymouth for the weekend with my bestie! Believe it or not this is the first holiday I've had from work in 8 months which also means it's the first time I'm leaving my little town this year!

I def need a little break so me and my buddie are gonna have a nice, relaxing girlie weekend! Were staying in her dads beautiful apartment near the sea front and I will spoil you all with pictures when I get back :) There won't be any posts from me for the next few days but maybe you lovely ladies could follow me and just wait for my return ;)

I should be packing right now, but I'm really struggling with what to take. I think it's gonna be raining slightly both days were there, however it's still going to be about 20 degrees so I don't wanna get too hot and sticky! It doesn't help that I washed nearly my entire wardrobe last night and now have everything crossed that it will be dry by the time I leave!

I hope you all have a fabulous weekend, whatever you get up to. I'm going to be enjoying myself in this amazing place...

Nails, Nails, Nails

Hello my lovelies!

I've found a great new way to have lovely jubbly nails for anyone whose suffered with rubbish nails like me all their life!

I've always wished to have nice, long and pretty nails but somehow I was blessed with weak and brittle ones that broke daily. I've tried acrylics and every strengthener under the sun but they either didn't work, were too damaging for my nails or too expensive to keep up! Then I decided to DIY it and buy some glue on nails to stick on myself at home. They only cost me £4.49 for 100 nails including the glue and all you have to do is glue them on, file them to the shape and length you want and then paint them your desired colour!

I can't believe how good my nails look now and have got soo many compliments on them. There easy to change colour which is important for someone with a huge nail varnish collection like me, just make sure you use an acetone free nail varnish remover, I haven't had so much as a little chip in 4 days so I'm very pleased!

The nails I bought are by a company called Kiss and they came in a great little storage box...

I've only had 2 nails pop off since I stuck them on and I think that's only because I hadn't stuck enough glue on them, since they've been glued back on I've had no troubles at all. It's recommended that you change the nails every 7 days, which I think sounds about right! Overall I think these are a great, inexpensive way for girlies to have gorgeous nails and I would recommend them to anyone!

Just to let you all know... I bought these nails myself and have done this review completely by my own choice, I have had no contact with the company that makes these nails so this is completely unbiased :)

Here are my lovely fake (but real looking) nails...

Sorry for the rubbish picture quality my camera is on it's last legs!

Sienna X Spray Tanning

After reading a post on dollyisglitter.blogspot.com about Sienna X Spray Tanning, I've decided to venture into the spray tanning business myself! I've always been obsessed with beauty and I'm glad I've found a way to do something I enjoy and earn money at the same time. I haven't got as far as booking the training or buying the kit yet (waiting until payday) but I will keep you all updated when I finally go ahead with it.

I've decided to buy the Maxi Mist starter business kit, which comes with the training included and a great range of the products you need to start out. They have cheaper and more expensive kits so it's your choice which one you'd perfer to get depending on how much money you want to spend.

I can't believe i never thought of doing this before, it's such a great way to earn some extra money! Stay tuned for updates on the training session and how i get on when i start out on my own :)

Things I'm Loving

I'm gonna start doing a 'Things i'm loving' post once a week to keep you updated on the products i've been using, the things that make me happy and the random other little things that i love! Soo lets get started..

♥ Coco Pops - I eat atleast 2 bowls of this stuff a day, sometimes more! I have an unhealthy obsession with everything chocolatey, so Coco Pops satisfy me with (hopefully) less calories than a big bar of chocolate!

♥ Cuddles with my niece - She may be almost 2 months old now, but our daily cuddles are just as good now as they were the day she was born.

♥ Keeping up with the Kardashians - I don't know why i'm so obbsessed with this show, but i can honestly say i would LOVE to be apart of that family!

♥ No more snow! - I'm soo glad that the snow has finally gone around here (fingers crossed). I was stranded in my house twice in December and January for a week at a time and haven't been able to see my best friend since new years day cause of the bloody weather! Bring on the summer :)

♥ Barry M 1O1 - I've been wearing this everyday along with the Lipgloss in No.4, def my new favourite.

♥ Eyeliner - I tried to go without wearing any kind of eyeliner for the last couple of months as my obsession with it was getting pretty scary! I can now officially say i look bloody awful without eyeliner and am very happy it is back to being a daily essential for me.

♥ Shoes - I've always liked shoes, but since starting my new job working with them everyday i'm slowly getting obsessed with them. I'm lucky i get discount!

If Only

I can only WISH that I owned this much makeup! It's definately my aim to have a collection this amazing one day! For some reason I write endless lists of what makeup I want to buy, but never get round to actually buying any of it. Hopefully the pay increase i'll be getting with my new job means i can treat myself a little bit more!
